This February, Manami Resort invites couples to slow down, savor the moment, and
celebrate love through an intimate, thoughtfully curated dining experience.

Guests are invited to enjoy a private, romantic dinner for two, choosing their preferred setting:

Hunas Deck – open-air, intimate, and serene
Dayaw Function Hall – elegant, refined, and beautifully styled

Each table is prepared with a bespoke romantic setup by the Manami team, creating an
atmosphere perfect for celebrating love.

Dining Inclusions

Guests may curate their own three-course experience by selecting one dish from each category:

MAINS (Select 1)

Steak au Poivre – Pepper-crusted fillet steak finished with a rich brandy cream sauce
Grilled Chicken Pesto – Grilled chicken breast with pesto sauce and mozzarella
Pan-Fried Seabass with Clams – Seabass served with clams in a light white wine sauce

SIDES (Select 1)

Parmesan Fries with Truffle Dip – Hand-cut fries tossed in parmesan, served with
truffle aioli
Crema de Tartufo al Fungi – Fettuccine pasta in truffle cream sauce with sautéed shiitake mushrooms and parmesan
Mushroom Polenta – Creamy cornmeal porridge topped with sautéed earthy mushrooms

SALADS (Select 1)

Green Goddess Salad – Romaine lettuce in homemade green goddess dressing, topped
with bacon bits and pickled red onions
Apple Salad with Balsamic Dressing – Lettuce, apples, and candied walnuts with
balsamic vinaigrette and Grana Padano shavings
Cold Potato Salad – Delicate potatoes dressed in a refined emulsion of cream, herbs, and
gentle tang
